Civil Law Litgation

We never lose sight of the fact that disputes are disruptive and costly to our clients and it is our responsibility to find the most efficient means possible to reach a positive outcome and help them get back to business.

Civil litigation is a specialty in which we have invested heavily, both in expertise and resources. We deal with Civil Litigation in the High and Magistrates Court pertaining to general, commercial, contractual, delictual and financial matters.

Family Law

Labour Law

We provide assistance to clients with unfair dismissals, unfair labour practices, unfair retrenchment, discrimination at the workplace, CCMA referrals, work grievances, disciplinary hearings and resolutions and representation in the Labour Court and bargaining councils. 

Alternative Dispute Resolution

Alternative dispute resolution is a fast, inexpensive method of settling legal disputes. Whether it is a commercial contract, real estate dispute or domestic matter, we offer our services to help clients resolve legal disputes fairly and impartially. Our resolution services are aimed at achieving outcomes before parties become polarized in their positions and relationships break-down to irreparable extents. The most common resolution formats used by us are mediation or arbitration.

Conveyancing

We deal with all property transactions including, just to name a few examples, property transfers, bond registrations and bond cancellations, advice on property development, opening and registration of a Sectional Title Register, consolidation and subdivision of property/ies.

We know and understand that there are many firms out there who attend to conveyancing. What sets us apart from them is the fact that all transactions that are handed to our firm will be finalized in the shortest possible turn around time. We will come out to you to sign documents and we will personally deliver and collect Title Deeds and Guarantees, which will enable us to drastically reduce turn around times on registration of transfers and bonds. We have highly qualified and experienced personnel who are capable of rendering a full compliment of services to you as a client.

We also enjoy a special working relationship with out of town attorneys and conveyancers for the preparation and lodgement of transfer and related documents. We have also invested heavily in making use of computer resources, which allows us to handle small and bulk transfers and still maintain their highest standard of professionalism, time efficiency and cost effectiveness to clients.

Our firm uses a multi-tiered collection process to maximize debt recovery. Our experience indicates that each debtor responds to different influences. Our process is designed to ensure that the most difficult debtor accounts are exposed to the full range of creative and sophisticated collection techniques to enhance recovery potential.
